Many visitors think that you can eat tasty fried chicken, tandoori chicken and burgers here. This restaurant provides food delivery for the convenience of its customers. A number of guests point out that the staff is terrific at KFC. Professional service is something that people highlight in their reviews. Had ordered two months ago... Forgot to write a review, so I'm writing it now. I went there for a takeaway, i bought the savings bucket. It took them around 20 minutes to prepare it. the bucket had pepsi complimentary with it.. The employee said we don't have the lid for the glasses so u have to drink it right there. I was in no condition to be drinking 750 ml pepsi.. and he had no change for the money. I had to wait another 20 minutes because the employee refused to communicate with me. I stood hoping he was trying to resolve the issue. I raised the point that what would you do if there was a zomato order. He said he'd give them bottle of coke. I told him to give me a bottle then.. it took him another 10 minutes, he gave me a bottle of coke and somehow he got the change out of nowhere, when there was no customer who paid in cash during the whole time. And when I got home, I was surprised to see that there were many pieces of chicken missing... I was given a box instead of a bucket. It was the worst restaurant experience in my life. And I can't write a feedback in kfc website because I don't remember the exact date and time of the incident. Looking back at the reviews, the employees have been the same for two years. You guys really need to fire some employees, they think they own kfc. And just to be clear, i did not get into any type of argument with them, knowing that arguments could barely impact such careless people. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
