Tried their new chatpata chana burger. Tasted good with lots of mayo. One issue is that if you choose to pay via upi, you are redirected to the self service kiosk.. which takes a lot of time after payment just for confirmation. KFC please improve it’s speed. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

So I order from kfc very very often(through zomato), and i make a call to ensure that the food they send is fresh, because I have had some very bad experiences with the quality of food. However when this food joints makes your food fresh, it will be the tastiest thing ever. But even with me being a regular customer and especially making a call to make the food fresh and add extra seasoning, they never do. When i used to order from here and year ago, the past cashier/ the person who picked up the phone realised I am a regular customer and spoke nicely and ensured I get a fresh and delicious order. Now, They don't even care about a regular customer, and I am not ordering from this place again and telling all my mutuals to stop as well.
