I am a Zomato delivery partner. I faced an issue with this KFC outlet — they marked the order as “ready for pickup,” but when I reached the store, the order was still not prepared. This caused unnecessary delay in delivery time and inconvenience. Additionally, the staff spoke rudely and did not behave properly with delivery partners.
