This is the worst branch I ever met. Most of the time their order placing system won't work. We used to go every Wednesday for the Wednesday special. But there will be no chicken available at the time so we have to wait more time. We lost our patience today. We waited for more than 45 mins for an order. The staffs simply saying the chicken is getting ready please wait. As we all are working professionals we can get only our lunch time to enjoy the tasty food but this branch literally wasted our lunch break. If you can't prepare food on this special day how will you prepare on normal days. Any higher officials or inchargers kindly take any action to serve the food on time. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Recommended dishes: Hot and Crispy Fried Chicken, Popcorn Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Had an issue with my order not being delivered and it was wrongly marked as delivered. Though I was disappointed initially, I really appreciate the way it was handled afterwards. Special thanks to Manager Vignesh from KFC Santhome for his coordination. He personally followed up on the issue and ensured that I received my order the next day along with some extra pieces as a kind gesture. Thank you for resolving it promptly and professionally!
