Dirty seats, smelly reception, unorganised staff, chicken served is not fresh one (no heat at all). No manager was available. Very unprofessional staff. We expect a decent & hygienic experience in an international brand. We get premium experience even in a normal veg restaurant. KFC need to do inspection and revise the franchise.
