Service: 1/5. Ambiance & Sanitation: 5/5 I recently visited KFC, SCO 8 & 9, Block A, Nirwana Square One, Chandigarh Ropar Road, Khanpur, Kharar, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 140301, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of my worst experiences. After placing the order, the confirmation message showed a waiting time of just 7 minutes, but I ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes. I had to approach the reception multiple times, and even then, the staff seemed indifferent. I stood there for over 5 minutes before they finally started preparing my meal, and that too only after repeatedly asking about my order. The service was disappointing, and the staff behavior was unprofessional. To make things worse, when I finally received my food, it was not served hot. The fries, burger, and roll were all cold, as if they had either been left out for too long or not reheated properly. I have visited KFC Sector 35 Chandigarh many times, but I never faced such a poor experience there. The difference in service and food quality between the two outlets is very clear. Overall, the service quality here was extremely poor, and the food experience was equally unsatisfactory.
