Very rude manager! There billing machine was not working properly still he received our order and it took more than 30minutes to just restart the system and it took around 40 minutes for the order to get ready. And when we said its a free chicken after 7 minutes then the manager and staff started debating by lying and defending himself. At least he should have apologised but he continuously kept lying and debating. So shameful for KFC to have such staff!! Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
