Usually, burgers are served in a box which helps keep everything intact, but here we only got it in a paper wrap. The burger was completely out of shape — definitely not how it's usually presented at most kfc's. The ingredients didn’t feel fresh at all, unlike what you’d expect from other kfc's or burger places. Everything — the mayo, cheese, and patties — was just mushed together into a messy, soggy mix. On top of that, there seemed to be a lack of hygiene in the way the food was prepared and handled, which made the experience even more disappointing.
