At this restaurant, order nicely cooked peri peri chicken, classic burgers and chicken strips. Food delivery is a big plus of KFC. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is pleasant here. Prompt service is something that visitors highlight in their reviews. If you visit this place, have no doubt, you are to love the surrounding spectacular atmosphere. Ordered for 1250rs which consists 3burgers, 1 french fries. They provided only 3 ketchup, not even giving extra ketchup for money also. I asked them I will give money please provide extra. Little improvement can make your sales even better. If you counts ketchup also. Then hard to visit again. Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit to this KFC outlet. Incorrect orders were served multiple times (for example: Mountain Dew was replaced with Pepsi, and a large 7-Up was replaced with plain soda). I was even given expired mayonnaise. The burger bread was not fresh at all — it was completely dry and hard. Things are clearly getting out of hand at this outlet. Despite multiple polite complaints, the staff remained uncooperative, inattentive, and displayed very poor customer service. Even after complaining about my order, they made me wait unnecessarily. The outlet had no working air conditioning. Although the staff had raised complaints about it, KFC management itself has not taken any action. You can even see from the pictures that a person at the counter was completely drenched in sweat — now imagine the situation of the staff working inside the kitchen! I was made to wait in a long queue even after my order was displayed as "ready." Additionally, the staff were busy engaging in casual conversations, using inappropriate language in front of customers, and showing a careless attitude. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable from a reputed brand like KFC. I have spoken to the manager over the phone, but the issue requires much stronger action and serious improvements — simple apologies are not enough. Worst staff
They cheated on bill with adding uncessary items. I requested them to remove unnecessary item that I didn't ordered.
They said no it is compulsory.
Then why they didn't tell before billing.
So they wanted ly cheating customers with unnecessary extra charges with extra items with extra smartness acting.
