I recently visited the KFC outlet at Oasis Mall, Hubballi. While the food was as expected, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the handwash area. It was not clean or well-maintained-there was no handwash available, and overall hygiene was lacking. Cleanliness in common areas is essential, especially in food establishments. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the hygiene standards. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very bad experience. I had ordered a zinger meal box and the wings that came in the combo were having foul taste and odour. It was not fresh at all. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
