I had ordered 4 pc hot and crispy at 10:13pm for take away, they billed for veg myonee with out asking and when i requested for cancellation, they denied. they told will be ready in 10 min, after three follow up finally I got at 10:45 pm. I am reviewing today as want to write after consuming. My stomach got upset , the food seems old stock as i didn't consumed anything after or before it........bad experience....... second time bad with KFC...... quality gone.......i would go local from now..... Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

KFC delivered a perfect comfort-food experience. The chicken had a rich crunch with great flavor, the burger was filling and well-made, and everything was served hot and fresh. Clean outlet, quick service, and consistent taste. Always a reliable choice! The worst KFC outlet in the world, Devyani International should look into the food quality and management of this Store.
They serve stale and leftover foods the sizes are not standardized. It was looking black the Hot and Crispy chicken was fried twice so it has lost all it's lucisiousnes. Chicken popcorn was cooked maybe early in the morning and still they're serving the same so you just have to throw them.
How you people are cheating the customers.
