Worst experience at KFC, Mall of Ranchi. Cold coffee costs ₹150 for one, while a combo of two costs ₹200, but the staff did not inform the price properly before billing. When I requested the ₹200 combo, they refused and said one item was already billed, and instead asked me to buy more items. They also insisted on separate billing totaling ₹300, denying the combo offer and demanding extra money. The staff was argumentative, provided incomplete product information, and refused a refund despite poor quality and disappointing service. Overall, this outlet ruined the mall visit. Customers should be cautious and not get lured by the brand name. Food: 1 Service: 1
