1 too oily. appears wings have been fried and waiting for too long and then re fried. 2 not fresh lot. The cartilage around bone inside wings have been fried to white. juiciness lost. the bone marrow inside fried and lost juiciness due to waiting for long on the shelves and then double frying/heating for long. 3 exuberantly priced: for continuous two years had 10 wings @99 as my dinner when it was launched. Prices increased to 450%. Neither inflation nor earnings have increased by 450%. Hence the rate of rise of price is not in line with rate of rise of neither prices in general, nor income level in general. The only rate comparable is deterioration in 1) service at dinein 2) cleanliness at dine in - you can find flies ! 3) detoriarion in juiciness of chicken,cartilage,bone marrow which all can be said to have degraded to 450%. KFC, consider it an emergency to revamp as you are on the brim to be wiped out of business in India, though you have a good product and good product line but because you are not keeping the taste, price, quality and service standards lucrative for the reasons mentioned above.
