Ordered through the KFC app today afternoon they didn't show that the store was closed. Took my order. I placed my order 30 mins beforehand and was on my way there. Even got a message that the order is confirmed and is in the kitchen. Went there and the door was closed shut. An employee was inside who saw me trying to open the door advised me to leave and come back later. The shop didnt have manners even to call the customer and tell them the store wasn't open. Luckily hadn't paid for the order and chose the cash on store option. So didn't bear a loss. Completely disgusted by KFC Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
