I am beyond disgusted with my experience at this KFC outlet. This place is a health hazard and a masterclass in terrible customer service. 1. Horrible Hygiene & Lack of Maintenance. Walking into this outlet felt like walking into a trash bin. Every single table was piled high with leftover bones, used tissues, greasy trays, and half-empty cups. It’s clear the staff hasn’t touched the dining area in hours. We had to stand around in a sea of other people’s filth because there wasn't a single clean surface to sit at. If this is how they keep the front of the house, I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like. 2. False Advertising & Massive Delays. They have advertisements everywhere claiming food is prepared within 7 minutes. This is a blatant lie. We waited for over 30 minutes, and despite the restaurant being a mess, we still hadn't received our order. When we finally ran out of patience and asked where our food was, there was no sense of urgency or apology from the staff. 3. The Refund Nightmare. When we decided to cancel because the wait was ridiculous, the nightmare continued. They refused to give an immediate refund, claiming it would take 7 days to process. To make matters worse, they provided zero written proof or a receipt for the cancellation. They expect me to just "trust" their word that the money will return to my account. This feels like a total scam to keep customers' money for a service they never provided. Verdict: Do not eat here. You will wait forever in a dirty room, and if you try to get your money back, they’ll make it as difficult as possible. This management needs a serious wake-up call from the health department.
