I ordered online at 9:00 PM while the store closes at 11:00 PM, so there was clearly enough time to prepare the order. Instead of doing their job, the store called me and asked me to cancel my order. When I refused, the staff was extremely rude and literally said “do whatever you can do, we will not provide the order.” That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Only after I called customer service, they suddenly decided to prepare my order. This shows the store had no valid reason to refuse in the first place. Terrible customer service, rude behavior, and zero accountability. If customers have to fight just to get an order they already paid for, something is seriously wrong with this KFC location.
