Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. Meal was absolutely not worth the price. The portion size was shockingly small, the food was not fresh, and the taste was very average. The chicken was not hot and felt like it had been sitting for a long time. For a brand like KFC, this level of quality is unacceptable. Table was uncleaned we ask them 4 times then they came and cleaned the table I genuinely feel like my money was wasted. There was no value for money, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Since Zomato has hided their reviews, using this to speard awareness about these scammers. Firstly there no doubt that KFC's quality has reduced all over. But this specific outlet is worst of all. I ordered chicken strips 10 pc and 4 pc hot n crispy and a large popcorn. Not kidding the chicken smelled really bad and felt like it was reheated in microwave and packed. Food had no taste, it was hard to chew, coating was bad. Moreover, no seasoning on peri peri chicken strips and popcorn , not even salt was added in their batter which they use to coat chicken in. The chicken was literally tasteless. Worst. I had a similar experience when I dined here before 2 months but let that go as restaurants can have a bad day but they did it again. I recently visited KFC and had a very disappointing experience. I asked for the ₹299 bucket offer, but the staff added a ₹399 bucket without my consent when I clearly asked for the ₹299 offer.. The bucket was missing pieces (only 1 Hot & Crispy instead of 2), and the seasoning on the chicken was extremely less. We also ordered two meals that should include two fries, but only one was served. The waiting time was over 40 minutes, and many tables were left uncleaned, so we even had to wait for seating. Overall, poor service, wrong orders, and below-standard food quality compared to other outlets. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
