Visited KFC recently. The ambience was good and the place was clean. We ordered through the self-order machine, which was convenient. However, the order preparation was not done in proper sequence. It seemed like they were preparing orders for customers who directly asked them first, rather than following the queue system. This caused unnecessary delay and confusion.
