Worst experience at kfc Pimple Saudagar outlet. Got my dine in order after one hours of placing order. Worst management. I have placed ordered for my daughter at 10 pm and received the same at 11 pm. I am vegetarian due to this order delay I was not able to take dinner. I was asking them to cancel the order if it is not ready, they refused to cancel the same. I have also called to customer care number after waiting for 5 minute call disconnected stating that all representative are busy at other call. Worst management, worst service, worst customer care response. Not expected this kind of service and response from brand name like KFC. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1

The food is decent, but the service is extremely poor. The staff seems unprofessional and unmotivated. Unless you personally follow up on your order, they don’t even start preparing it. Even basic items take almost an hour, and that too only if you keep reminding them. I visit this place often, and I’ve noticed that most of the workers spend more time gossiping than actually serving customers — yet they call this a fast-food outlet. Very disappointing experience overall. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
