Yesterday on Wednesday on Date 19.03.2025. I have planned to visit in this store with my family with my wife and my 7 year daughter I visited at around 8:30pm and their was peak hours started and when my number came for billing the UPI and card payment issue started and they said cash payment is available due to server issue and I don't have cash at that time.And my family got disappointed and also the staff said that due to the Wednesday offer the order will be getting after 30 min or it will take more than that. And then we decided to go to westend mall kfc store and the worst experience we see that they closed the the store at 9:35pm and the reason was that the all the products was stock out and every they closed at 11:00pm but due to product stock out we closed early today. The first time in kfc i face the worst experience in Wednesday offer on both store. So pls take necessary step and pls plan accordingly before on Wednesday offer in every store otherwise it will face difficulty to each customer. My wife and my daughter was feeling sad on that day due to not getting the kfc food. So pls take this seriously. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
