Right after visiting Pu La Deshpande Garden, come for a meal. Food delivery is a big advantage of this restaurant. Perfectly cooked chicken wraps and good chicken strips have a pleasant taste. A number of guests consider the staff professional. KFC is known for its pretty atmosphere. As for the Google rating, this place achieved 4.3.

I recently visited the KFC outlet on Sinhgad Road for takeaway order, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any fast-food chain. The service was extremely slow, and despite having a relatively small crowd, the staff took forever to take orders and serve the food. To make matters worse, the employees seemed uninterested and unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy and customer service skills. I ordered at around 1pm and received the order at 1:45pm. I had ordered from the app, and should've received the order promptly, but still had to wait for more than 20 minutes. They were disorganized, and there was no sense of urgency in handling customers. When asked for the reason of delay, they took it in a negative way and arrogantly provided the drink as it was, by piercing the straw in it, and not properly packing it, even though I had clearly mentioned that it is a takeaway order. They didn't even provide me the mojito which I had ordered, just because it was not available at the moment. What is the use of adding the option of mojito, if it's not available at many of the outlets in the first place. We had to adjust with what was available at the outlet, as usual. I would definitely not recommend this outlet to anyone. This was my first and last visit here. KFC seriously needs to improve the management and staff training at this location. Really worst experience..... this is not expected from an international brand like KFC. You are spoiling your image by not addressing these issues. Should I expect a response for this? I've given the 1 star just so that i can post a review. Honestly they don't even deseeve this one star. The ac is not working,they take too long to take your order,the staff does not know anything about cooking or management,hell they don't even know how to operate their own OS system through which we place orders. Believe me if you value your money and time,don't come at this outlet.You would rather watch your money burn than eat here and that would give you more satisfaction. I do like kfc in general but this outlet is just full of bs.

They were disorganized, and there was no sense of urgency in handling customers. I would definitely not recommend this outlet to anyone. This was my first and last visit here.
