I strongly recommend never ordering food online (Zomato) from this KFC outlet. (Pavillion Mall Food Court, SB Road) I ordered 2 pcs Hot & Crispy Chicken from this outlet, but the food quality was extremely poor. The pieces were over-fried and had hardly any chicken inside, which is not up to KFC standards. Most of what was served was just hard, deep-fried maida coating (not even crispy), which was not consumable. Nearly 80% of the food was wasted. One entire piece had no chicken at all, only maida, so I had to throw it away. This is not a first time happen with me. The same problem has happened repeatedly with online orders from this outlet. It genuinely feels like the outlet clears its worst or rejected food stock through online deliveries, assuming there will be no accountability once the order is delivered. The experience with restaurant customer support was equally disappointing. I was told, "We will call you back in 10 minutes," but no call ever came. I had to call them again myself, only to be told, "We can't do anything." Because of this repeated poor quality and no accountability, I am never going to order food again from this outlet.
