Most pathetic service. I had ordered an 8pc bucket +2pc hot n crispy in pune to be delivers at Komdhwa. My order no. 9791. I had ordered on phone call at 8:30pm & I was told that the order will reach in 25-30 mins. But it reached at 9:40pm that too after calling n follow up at the call centre. The staff at the call were so rude , they kept transferring the call & nobody knew the status of the order , they even went to the extent of replying that we haven't received any order & then later replying that the order was placed in delhi by me. After speaking to Mr. Hrishikesh who is supposed to be the senior team leader; he says inm sorry sir, will surely take a strict action against the person who took the order. I personally feel it is not one person responsible it is all the team at KFC who spoke to me Everytime as none of them were aware of the order & were least bothered. Though they have a good taste but this kind of pathetic service is denting the customer loyalty for KFC. No doubt I have seen two big outlets closing in pune , one at mg road & one at sacred world Wanorie. I won't ever order at KFC anymore.
