The staffs here are very arrogant and ignorant even when there is no one on line they cant even take my order. Very disappointed if you are planning to go for KFC go to the branch thats inside pondy not this outside outlet the gents bathroom didnt had any latch and they didnt have burgers too. One hour ago, I bought food for takeaway from the Pondicherry KFC branch located at Old Survey No. 213/3, New Survey No. 238/2, Plot No. 10 to 21, Pattanur, Puducherry – 605006, during the Wednesday Offer. The customer support was the worst. I don’t know the name of the person at the billing counter, but the customer handling was very poor. My order was delayed by more than 10 minutes. I was just asking whether, if the 7-minute express delivery is delayed, free chicken will be given or not. They told me that the offer was already completed and that there is no 7-minute express delivery offer now. That itself is a KFC norms and policy, which they don’t even know properly. When I asked about it, instead of explaining properly to the customer and informing me politely that the offer was completed, they just turned away, said it casually, and went inside. I have eaten at many KFC outlets before, but this is the first time I have experienced such disappointing customer service at a Pondicherry KFC. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 3
