I had a very poor experience during my visit to KFC Pothencode. The order-taking process was good, and I received my food much faster than I ever have at any other KFC — that part was impressive. However, the chicken pieces were very small and didn’t feel worth the price. The atmosphere was quite unpleasant as well. There was too much noise coming from the staff — they were talking and shouting loudly even when customers were present, which was very disturbing. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at KFC Pothencode. I hope the management takes steps to improve the food quality and maintain a better atmosphere for customers. Yesterday(29 OCTOBER 2025) Came this outlet with a group of 20. Time 12:59 PM. Made an order on kiosk ( Order number: 566). Order value: ₹3829. When going to make payment a staff approaching us and ask the mode of payment. We preffered card payment and refused payment in kiosk and directed to inside and swiped machine there( dont know the genunity) and replied card is not working. And forced us to pay via upi by giving a random number (not sure it is upi linked with official bank account of outlet). SUSPECTING FRAUD ACTIVITY FROM THEIR SIDE.
