A number of visitors find the staff friendly. Guests say that the service is spectacular here. As many reviewers remark, the atmosphere is nice. Ordered 3 items and they delivered 2 and when I asked about it they said they will refund. No apologies nor reason for the mistake. Really KFC???!!!!!!! People were waiting for food and I have to order from another place. Unacceptable since it’s not about money it’s about professionalism. Franchise of such a reputed company trying to do fraud or scam is not the right way to operate. Such a pathetic service.Waiting for more than 45 mnts to get take away order even after ordering before 1 hour.There was not even a single attendent in the counter. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
