15/10/25 Time 9.45 The staff do not know the combo of their own product, do not know what product it is. They do not know how to present the price information to a customer and are unable to understand it. It is like a place where people come to waste time. Some staff are just hanging around with their friends. They have no sense of responsibility. They are worthless to the customers. We were able to see the staff behaving in a way that does not value the service. We were able to see the behavior of giving free food. It is very difficult to directly experience what a bad experience from this branch from our own country. Atmosphere: 1

If you are visiting this place thinking that’s it’s a kfc franchise then you will be disappointed . I often place order online and offline, I never received online orders on time since they miss checking it and today I ordered at store( no bill received ) , since it was a takeaway opened the same at my home . They literally gave strips that dint even have chicken and was just having the crispy part, no peri peri powder was seen and I reloaded that it was just the broken pieces that were given to me than the actual strips . Raised a complaint online ( not expecting any action ) . Attached are pics of order received . @ kfc Perumbavoor - we are buying this as our kids eagerly wait for this and such pathetic and unethical practices cannot be tolerated . And is not at all acceptable from such a franchise . Serve proper food than cheating customers for mere profit . Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
