Poor facilities.. Ground floor has no washroom. First floor has washroom but no air condition. Pathetic and it has to be changed. KFC customers pay high tax in the name of junk food. Are we not contributing to the economy of this country? This needs to be fixed at least for the benefit of the other customers who come after me. Extremely Disappointed with KFC Payyanur Outlet Visited the KFC outlet in Payyanur today and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered burgers and it was terrible — completely deconstructed, poorly assembled, and the sauce was all over the sides of the bun instead of in the middle. What was more frustrating is that even though there were staff present at the counter and no rush at all, they still asked us to use the self-ordering kiosk. After placing the order, the card payment machine wasn’t working, so we had to go back to the counter to pay. It felt like a complete waste of time. The cleanliness of the outlet was unacceptable — flies were buzzing all around the store, which is extremely unhygienic for a food outlet. Later, when more people started coming in, the ground floor seating couldn’t accommodate them. Even then, the staff said the upstairs dining area wasn’t available, despite it clearly looking fine and usable. I genuinely don’t understand how this outlet is still running under such poor standards. Definitely would not recommend visiting KFC Payyanur. Today I visited KFC Payyannur and I ordered zinger box. The chicken wings they provide is not at all fresh and tastes old. the cleanliness is so bad and the customer service is very very bad. When I told them the chicken was not fresh, they didn't even respond. They were just rude. They didn't even apologize. They behaved as if we had done something wrong.All my money is gone. Very bad experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
