I had the worst experience ever in a kfc establishment ever today. I had a takeaway order which wasnt even large just 6 items. They did not give me one item worth rupees 200. I trusted that they gave me everything I ordered and they seal the paper bag so I didn't open it because I had to travel with it. After I came home I saw an item was missing and I contacted them and I was given the rudest treatment. They said, "We must've given the order correctly." Implying I was lying. They implied that I got the full order, was calling them pretending an item was missing, so I could go back to their establishment and get the item for free? Is this how cheap you think your customers are? Faking missing items so they can get things for free? Will not visit again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Take out

I have been waiting for more than 30 min without any queue but still they are saying 2 min sir 2 min sir am sick of this behavior. Am not here to eat free so stop this behavior take the customer service serious….. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
