I recently ordered Chizza from this KFC outlet, but the experience was disappointing. Usually, Chizza comes with a generous layer of cheese on top, but here it felt like there was almost no cheese at all. The taste was just average, not up to KFC’s usual standard. Also, the staff seemed unorganized and not very courteous while taking orders. Overall, it was just an okay experience, not something I’d expect from KFC. Very rude staff , firstly they were ignoring my husband while we were placing our order , i was making some suggestions but he was completely ignoring him . Secondly i requested them to make a fresh batch of chicken as the old batch looked soggy and pale , i had to request this to him multiple times as he was constantly ignoring our suggestions and requests . Then he told us himself that the dips are included with the bucket and later denied on giving as he said u did not buy the dips . I mean the cashier and manager both that were avail. On 17th oct 2025 were extreamly ignorant , rude and lacked hospitality ! This branch has the worst employees . Remember one thing the only thing that builds a foundation or an organization is its workers and if ur reqruiment is a failure ,then the day is not far away when ur staff is going to be a problem for u !!!
