The place was shockingly unhygienic—mosquitoes and flies swarmed the dining area, making it feel more like a punishment than a meal. The condition of the outlet was not only unpleasant but also a serious health risk. On Friday May 2, 2025, I visited the outlet expecting a standard of cleanliness associated with global brands. Instead, I found: - Filthy floors and tables left uncleared - A visible infestation of flies and mosquitoes - No visible pest control or cleanliness protocol in place This level of neglect is unacceptable for any food establishment, let alone one under a globally recognized brand. I believe this is an issue that deserves immediate escalation and resolution. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad service. I ordered a combo meal in delivery from the KFC app and received an incomplete order. So i complained to the customer service and then the restaurant contacted me for the problem. Instead of resolving the problem they told me that they don't have the delivery agent to deliver the missing food items & told me that they will add the missing food items in the next order that i will place. That is just very bad service. I had not expected this type of service from a brand like KFC. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400
