Ordered a combo of 599 rupees. Strips and wings were good. But the fried chicken piece was not cooked properly. I told them I don't need a leg piece, instead keep a wing. He said that we do not have an option to select the piece. I haven't seen this issue in any other kfc I visited till now. Then I told not to keep the leg piece and said okay for that. They added a breast piece so that I won't get my choice. I felt bad for that. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

The KFC Pathanamthitta outlet has a good ambiance and spacious parking. While the ordering kiosk is convenient, it often has long queues and less spacious area. Food was served cold, and there was no direct phone facility for inquiries. Once, an app order defaulted to dine-in instead of home delivery, and customer care connected us to the main center, making issue resolution difficult. Overall, it’s a decent outlet, but service and communication need improvement. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Tables are not neat.services does not meet KFC standards. Chips not fried well/was cold,didn't feel freshly prepared. Tissues not provided. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
