I placed an order from KFC app at 8:10 pm and received it at 9:30 pm. Firstly, the order came very late and secondly, the order was received in a bad manner. I have all the photos and videos. I have also filed a complaint with the store and the store is using abusive language with me. They came to my house at 11:30 pm, took back the order and left and are telling me to file an app complaint. They cannot take any action. The company only supports us. I have returned the order to your employee. My money has been wasted. The employee's name is Ravi. How have you helped me now in this or do I have to file a police complaint? Service: Delivery
