Today, my husband and I visited this KFC outlet and had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor. There was no one properly attending the counter to take orders. The staff members were walking around but completely ignoring customers. No one greeted us or showed any interest in taking our order. We had to wait unnecessarily while the staff avoided eye contact and did not respond. This is not the level of service expected from a brand like KFC. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
