As you order from a digital screen. The employees don’t tell you what’s available and what’s not available. So you might order something to drink or eat which is not available but You will wait till your order id is called out (till that time no employee will show the curtesy to inform you what’s not available in your order). So when you are at the counter to pick up your order then they let you know what else you want to have as the item you order is not available. KFC services are also going down as their outlets are. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
