I placed an order through App today and the TAT was showing of 09:58pm. I paid online and now it is 10:25pm. I have neither got mu order nor able to contact with support team or restorant. it is stuck at rider has reached the store since last 1 and half hour. Will not recommend this App again. This was my first order and worst experience. I want my refund back. @KFC Gulshan 129 Mall. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600

It will be the biggest mistake of your life if you order from this restaurant through the kfc app. First of all its a pain to add address on their app and if you some how manage to do it, and place the order, forget about receiving the order, your hard earned money is gone and they will be mark your order delivered without you receiving the order.and if you have guests for whom you are ordering, you will be ashamed. The store number mentioned in the app does not work. They have even worsst customer care service. I spent an entire hour trying to connect to them. Whatever input you feed, it will say no input received. It's so frustating. Even the customer care gave me the wrong store number which was not in use. So, if you are hungry, either order from zomato or swiggy but on their app. It seems that it was built 50 years back with no updation. The numbers mentioned are all wrong or not in use. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This restaurant is fake, I ordered through kfc app. It marked delivered even without delivering food. I tried to reach out but not reachable at all. I have to give up on my money after all efforts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT SPECIALLY DELIVERY. IT'S SCAM!!!! Service: 1 Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹600–800
