Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Tasty peri peri chicken can be eaten here. A number of visitors suppose that the staff is hospitable at KFC. lIterally the worst experience today. it is shown that the order would have came 30 mins ago and even after 30mins of extra waiting i don't know where my order is, ordered from kfc's app and there is no information about the riders phone number or his contact, and when I tried to contact at this outlet it shows that they would contact afterwords. like what is happening i don't even know about the situation or there contact worst experience ever Service: 1

Today's meal from KFC was the worst—cold, tasteless, and delivered after 1.5 hours despite showing an estimated 35 minutes. The delivery executive told me he arrived at the restaurant on time, but the restaurant staff said they'd hand over the order only when they felt like it. Very bad service from KFC! I placed an order through App today and the TAT was showing of 09:58pm. I paid online and now it is 10:25pm. I have neither got mu order nor able to contact with support team or restorant. it is stuck at rider has reached the store since last 1 and half hour. Will not recommend this App again. This was my first order and worst experience. I want my refund back. @KFC Gulshan 129 Mall Price per person: ₹400–600
