Awful restaurant, I have ordered yesterday via zomato dunked Bbq 2 legs, 2× Dunked bbq chicken strips- 3pc each and 2 tandoori dips, you kfc amrapali greatly scammed me- I got only 2 bbq legs and 1 set of chicken strips, second set and tandoori dips were probably eaten by your hungry staff or whoever is there. And of course, you didn't accept your mistake and zomato didn't provide me any refund for your scam . That's unacceptable to scam your customers so openly! You better shut down your branch! Don't disgrace such a huge international brand! Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Is anyone there too take an action against this kfc store in golden i mall. I can surely see that, lots of people having the same issue over and over again. Whenever u will order ur food for delivery from this store for sure everyone had issue with it. Food not delivering on expected time and some time doesn't even deliver also even though u have done payment. Store contact number never works. Bhogs Customer care service ever have. So I have a request from people who ever had gone through this pls. Pls take some action against it. This is not what we deserve. Pls do something.
