I recently visited KFC at Golden I Mall (near D-Mart) in Gr Noida West and was disappointed with the experience. There is no display for token number, causing long queues and confusion at the counter. Both customers and delivery partners had to wait and repeatedly inquire about their order status. The staff seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed, lacking the training needed to handle customer interactions effectively. While they weren't impolite, they appeared disinterested and stressed. I'm sharing this feedback not to complain, but to suggest improvements. KFC had a good reputation for customer experience in most of the outlets across India and I hope such service experience to be maintained at all outlets. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered the food from KFC 1ts of December and today is 26th of December.. i didn't get the food and also didn't get my refund from KFC. This is the KFC service i will call costumer service but get not satisfied answer from their ... Please don't buy the food from KFC online.
