If you plan to order from this outlet, think 100 times before doing it as it is most likely that they will fail to send the delivery through Zomato and Swiggy. Ordered at 9 pm, the delivery partner reached at 9.20 pm but the food was not prepared till 11 pm. The outlet just said they cant prepare the order. Utterly disgusting Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

received less quantity. Ordered 6 PC hot & crispy and received only 2 PC. Phone number given here is "SWITCHED OFF" Takes 20-30 minutes to get in touch with KFC support. Issue not resolved yet. Not expected this from KFC. Disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the most pathetic experiences I've had. I placed an order today 21-may-2025, worth approximately ₹500, with a promised delivery time of 9.41 PM even at 11.11 it's same shown. It’s now over 30 minutes past the promised time, and not only has the order not been delivered, but all given contact numbers are switched of, KFC support number is continuously saying all routes are busy. KFC not even cancelling/refunding and not delivering order, even not way to contact nor they are connecting back on request via form. I need to sleep but can't do that even as order is showing to be delivered but when , no time. Just pathetic Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600
