Couldn’t order food as the guy at the counter completely ignored me and continued to take orders from people who were back in line and newer in the queue. When asked, he seemed to be very stressed. Dimapur needs to seriously improve in these aspects as they bask in reflected glory of Hornbill Festival. Service: 1 Service: Dine in
