Michael on this outlet does job well but he alone cannot make the experience worthy enough. For example the guy at night doesn't give a shit about the brand, orders, or providing good experience to customers or online orders. Chicken is good as we know the brand but people working in this outlet makes us feel like we're on street. Might need to work on brand mindset. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
