WORST KFC EXPERIENCE EVER! This Karol Bagh outlet is a DISASTER! They refused UPI, debit card & ALL online payments, forcing only cash . Staff was rude, lazy & totally unhelpful . We wasted 2 HOURS and left hungry . This is pure harassment, not service! KFC should shut this outlet if they can’t provide basic facilities. NEVER coming back – AVOID THIS PLACE!
