I recently visited the KFC outlet in Preet Vihar, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The air-conditioning was completely switched off, making the atmosphere extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the food I was served was absolutely cold — something I would never expect from a brand like KFC. The overall ambiance felt nothing like a genuine KFC outlet; rather, it gave the impression of a poorly managed, third-class replica. Despite raising my concerns, the staff did not take them seriously. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply asked me to adjust and directed me to sit elsewhere, which was highly unprofessional and disappointing. Given the level of service and the poor quality of food, I don’t feel even 1% satisfied with my visit. The experience was so unpleasant that I highly doubt I will ever return to this branch. Under these circumstances, I believe I have every right to request a refund for my order, as the service and food quality were far below the standards one expects from KFC.
