The order arrived 3 hours late, and when it did the taste of the food was extremely bland and cold as well. On contacting the customer care, the services were extremely slow and ven non-responsive at all times. The UI and the information provided about the delivery in the app was very poor to say the least. by the service, would make sure to never order from KFC again after our horrible experienece.
