Dear Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with your outlet. I ordered a burger, and it took 15 minutes to deliver, which was frustrating. When I inquired about the 7-minute rule, the response was rude and unsatisfactory. Furthermore, I had a similar issue a few days ago when I ordered a chicken bucket. The quality of the chicken was subpar, and I found a small piece of feather in the chicken wings. I was shocked and disappointed. Best kfc is my near so tasty burger and chicken bucket near my house but one bad thing service was low.
