Dear Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with your outlet. I ordered a burger, and it took 15 minutes to deliver, which was frustrating. When I inquired about the 7-minute rule, the response was rude and unsatisfactory. Furthermore, I had a similar issue a few days ago when I ordered a chicken bucket. The quality of the chicken was subpar, and I found a small piece of feather in the chicken wings. I was shocked and disappointed. I hope you address these concerns and take necessary actions to improve your service and quality. Best kfc is my near so tasty burger and chicken bucket near my house but one bad thing service was low.
