I asked pooja for tandoori sauce in my burger but she did not heard me and gave me normal burger .She was extremely unprofessional.I have spent 330 with order no 135 but I got a bad mood after eating food.Pooja was looking in the crowd while taking my .KFc should teach their staff professionalism. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400

The worst chicken I have ever eaten, the meat was dry and soggy. It wasn’t even hot. I would prefer road side chicken any day over this! I’ve lost trsut in KFC. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I bought chicken wings for takeaway, but they mixed stale chicken with fresh ones, thinking we wouldn’t notice. The old chicken tasted so bad that we couldn’t eat it, and our money was wasted. It’s clear they have no concern for food safety or customer satisfaction. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
