I visited the KFC outlet at Elante Mall today and encountered a 30–40‑minute waiting time. During my visit, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional and discourteous, which left me with an overall disappointing experience. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
