Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. KFC NEDUMANGAD should be recommended for nicely cooked fried chicken, crispy fries and peri peri chicken. Most visitors point out that the staff is gracious. Service at this place is something one can name prompt. The atmosphere of this place is cool. I visited KFC Nedumangad recently with my wife and sister, and I was appalled by the staff’s behavior. They were not only engaged in unprofessional trash talk among themselves, but their comments and attitude were inappropriate. Their behavior gave the impression that they had never seen girls in their lives, which made the visit extremely uncomfortable. Such conduct is completely unacceptable at a reputable international brand. Customers deserve respectful, professional service, and this experience fell far short of that expectation.
