I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. The burger and fried items were served cold, which completely spoiled the taste. The bread was not fresh and felt stale. It seems like the patties and wings are fried in advance and kept in hot storage for a long time before serving. Because of this, the food loses its freshness and crispiness, making the overall experience very poor. For a brand like KFC, customers expect hot, fresh, and crispy food. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet even basic expectations. I hope they improve their food quality and serving standards.
