I had a below-average experience at this KFC outlet. The restaurant is usually empty, which I feel is one of the reasons the food tasted a bit stale. The staff is professional in terms of basic service, but not very attentive. Once they forgot to give me my Pepsi, and when I pointed it out, I was asked to collect it myself. I understand KFC is self-service, but since it was their mistake, a simple gesture of handing it over would’ve been appreciated. Cleanliness is average – the place is decently maintained overall, but the tables were not wiped or sanitized properly, which affected the dining experience. The staff also seemed a bit too relaxed while attending to customers, which doesn’t create a welcoming vibe. This branch has potential but needs serious improvement in food freshness, attentiveness, and customer care.
