I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable delay in processing my refund for a cancelled KFC order. My order was cancelled more than 20 days ago, yet the refund has still not been credited to my account. This delay is completely unreasonable and reflects extremely poor customer service. Despite waiting patiently for nearly three weeks, there has been no resolution, no clear update, and no accountability from your end. As per standard consumer protection norms and digital payment guidelines, refunds for cancelled orders must be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Failing to do so is a serious lapse and causes unnecessary inconvenience to customers. Holding on to a customer’s money for such an extended period without justification is unacceptable. I request immediate action on this matter. Kindly ensure that:. The pending refund is processed without any further delay, and.
