I’ve visited your KFC branch several times recently and have noticed consistent issues with cleanliness—tables, chairs, glass walls, and floors are not well maintained. I mentioned this earlier, but there has been no improvement. For a brand like KFC, hygiene is essential. Please ensure your staff addresses this. I hope to see better standards on my next visit. Even after 50 minutes we didn’t receive the burger and they kept saying 5 more minutes. Vineet, the store manager couldn’t manage his branch properly. Very disappointing.
