Hi KFC team i hope you guys are doing well. Sorry to say this, but I had a bad experience at KFC in Nagercoil today. I went there to get a Mexican Zinger Pro burger for takeaway, and they gave me a paper cup of Pepsi. I told them that I came on a two-wheeler, so carrying a paper cup would be difficult and could spill. I politely asked if they could give me a tin Pepsi instead, but they refused. They said tin Pepsi is only for dine-in customers, which didn’t make sense to me. I explained my situation, but no matter how much I asked, they wouldn’t agree. I was really disappointed with their attitude and the lack of understanding. As expected, while riding home, the Pepsi spilled all over, and I barely had anything left to drink. I’m attaching a photo to show what was left. Honestly, it felt like poor service and lack of consideration for customers who are taking food to go. Even after 50 minutes we didn’t receive the burger and they kept saying 5 more minutes. Vineet, the store manager couldn’t manage his branch properly. Very disappointing.
