As a frequent visitor of KFC.... "I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to KFC at this location. The Classic Ginger Meal I ordered was subpar, with tasteless food and a cold drink that was overly diluted with ice. Considering KFC's known standards for crispy food, this experience fell short.
