Frustrating experience. After using the self-service kiosk the payment machine wasn’t working, so I had to wait 10minutes just to place my order. The food took around 20 minutes. To make matters worse the burger sat on the tray for 10 minutes getting cold, while I waited for the chips and chicken popcorn. For a well-known franchise I expected much better service.
