Extremely satisfied with both the quality food and warm service. I ordered through app for dining at this outlet and the staff were extremely extremely sincere, kind, humble, cordial, all-serving and tolerant throughout my dining experience. They helped me with ordering on app and tolerated all my tantrums and childishness. Shout-out goes to the staff members:- Chandan, Niketan and Dhramendra for their cooperation. Food as usual was top-notch whether it were a Mojito or a Choco Lava Cake. And that trademark KFC taste was constant at this stop here in Infinity Mall, Andheri. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Paid for 8 wings but recieved just 4 Checked it when I got home be very careful staff there makes alot of mistakes and very unprofessional.

I recently visited the KFC at (Andheri West Infinity Mall) and was disappointed with my experience.The issue was Service did not meet my expectations. I faced problems like long wait times,food quality, unfriend staff.whatever we wanted to order the don't have and the system was not working and staff sortage Overall my experience at KFC (Andheri West Infinity Mall) was disappointing. I hope management takes steps to address the issues I encountered and improves the quality of food and service and staffing .
