Worst Experience at KFC – Inorbit Mall, Vashi I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC outlet. The service was extremely slow despite there being hardly any crowd. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and it took a long time just to place a simple order. To make matters worse, the food quality was far below KFC standards — the chicken was cold and lacked freshness, and the fries were soggy and tasteless. The dining area was also not clean, with leftover food on several tables and no staff attending to it. This visit was far from what I expect from KFC, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this outlet unless they seriously improve their service
